Wies is an Illustrator and printmaker. She mostly works with Linography and color pencil. The two create a nice balance. 

Her subjects are also balanced; from the big and serious subjects to the small and mundane.

She lives with her boyfriend Joost in 's-Hertogenbosch and is the proud owner of a big cat; Bommel.
